Maracha Lab School graduates
The management of St Joseph's Medical Laboratory Training School Maracha on 29th/March/2025 held its first memorable and historical graduation ceremony where 200 students of seven cohorts were expected to graduate.


The Graduation that had the Chief Executive Secretary of Uganda Allied Health Examination Board as the Chief guest started with matching at Maracha District Headquarters. The mass for the ceremony was led by Arua Diocese Bishop's representative the Vicar General. Rev Fr Misinial Kasto Adeti. In attendance was also the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau Health Training institutions co-ordinator Sr Catherene 

One of the fundamental activities during the graduation was the groundbreaking of the Three-acre land at the new site where the school's new developments shall start in the near future. The groundbreaking was done through tree planting where fruit trees such as jackfruit, mangoes, avocados were planted.

Furthermore the school also erected the assign post that directs towards the new proposed site. To make it more interesting, the new site has a newly proposed name that's St Joseph's Institute of Health and Management Sciences Maracha this exposes to the world the schools ambition to bring in diversity of courses from the health related areas, Business, Technology etc.
